END OF YEAR SHOW: In Flux
Objectives
Curate and design the graphic identity for ID’s 2019 student show In Flux. Coinciding with the 100 year anniversary of the Bauhaus, the exhibition reflects design’s current state of flux as digital technologies disrupt our conceptions of what’s possible.

Dynamic Logo
The dynamic logo is designed to be utilized across digital and online channels. The logo visually expresses the theme of “in flux” through an ever changing gradient of color.
Static Logo
Featuring nine variants, the static logo is designed to be utilized across print and media publications and other non-digital applications. Although static, the subtle variations in color across iterations express the same notion of “flux” while commuting a consistent visual identity.
Map
Using a simple color coding strategy - blue for change, red for possibilities, green for challenges - the map establishes the differentiated zones of content, while allowing for transitional, liminal spaces within the exhibition.
information posters
Information posters provide supplemental information regarding the work on display, helping to guide viewers through the exhibition while facilitating appreciation.
Social Media
Communication around engagement channels allowed for the convergence of physical and digital experiences. Geolocation-activated Snapchat filter was also launched for the event, based around the Kaplan Institute’s EFT “bubble.”
